GOSH cosmetics recently unveiled their new Spring collection, and having tried out all the products, these are my top 3 picks:
It was love at first sight with their Natural blush in Flower power. The matte pink is perfect for adding a touch of everyday colour to my cheeks. I found the blush to be smooth, finely milled and non-chalky (although there is always some loose powder left in the pan). I also love the fact that it's pigmented enough to allow the colour to be built up, but not so pigmented that I end up with clown cheeks!
I'm a big fan of dark eyeshadows, and their Smokey eye palette in Black contains 4 shades, all of which were pigmented and easily blendable. With the exception of the matte black, they all have a very slight sheen. I thought the eyeshadows were long lasting and there was no fall out. The palette also includes a plastic sheet, with suggestions on where to place each colour, something which I found very useful.
Finally, to complete the look, I like to use their Intense eye liner pen in Black. Like all pen style eyeliners, it was quick and easy to use, gave a strong colour, and won't budge once dried. Compared to some of my other eyeliners, the nib was slightly softer, making it my go to product when I wanted a thicker, more dramatic line.
Are you a fan of GOSH cosmetics? What are your favourite items?

I'm interested to try out the intense eye liner pen. I own the GOSH foundation primer but don't reach for it too often - it tends to accentuate my dry patches rather than smooth out my skin for foundation ><
ReplyDeleteIt's so annoying when products do that, I hope you'll get on better with the eye liner pen x
DeleteThat blush is lovely, I tend to prefer less pigmented blushes so I might try this one! x
ReplyDeleteIt's a lovely shade, especially for Spring, hope you like it too x
DeleteLove the look of the eyeliner and eye shadow! Haven't bought Gosh in a while xx
ReplyDeleteThey've got some lovely new pieces, definitely worth taking a look x
DeleteI love their nail polish! Especially the metallic ones.
ReplyDeleteThanks for the recommendation, will definitely check them out x
DeleteThe blush colour looks really nice and pretty~ Haven't really shopped at my GOSH counter in a while, since i have been deterred by other exciting brand's launches such as the revlon lipbutters and L'oreal caresse. I should check out GOSH soon to see what great stuff they have :)
ReplyDeleteThanks so much for sharing~x

I know what you mean, they've not been talked about much recently. There are some lovely new bits for spring though x
DeleteI've never heard of GOSH products (I'm assuming they are a UK brand?), but these products look nice! The blush looks gorgeous, though!
ReplyDeleteThey originate from Denmark, but the products are widely available from Superdrug stores in the UK x
